If you have stayed at The Roomies we'd be very grateful if you could review us on Google Maps. As a small business it can make a tremendous difference in helping people to find out about us.
Thank you.

Come and and stay with us
Keith and Caroline welcome you to the Roomies, a charming bed and breakfast situated in the small former fishing village of Ferryden, and the perfect place to stay whether you are in the area on business or for pleasure.

We are located just five minutes drive away from the bustling market-town of Montrose. It is the perfect location for a short break or family holiday with beautiful local scenery, excellent tourist attractions and incredible wildlife. The Roomies resides on the edge of Montrose Basin. This is a spectacular natural tidal basin that is home to a dazzling array of wildlife. Dolphins and seals are frequent visitors to the Esk and if you are an early enough riser, it may be possible to spot a sea otter fishing.

The house was at one time meeting rooms for the village and was known as ‘The Roomies’ by the locals. It provides excellent accommodation and delicious breakfast in the perfect location for those wanting to make the most of the beautiful north east coastline and explore the Angus area.

With miles of sandy beaches, abundant wildlife, beautiful walks, bike rides and plenty of places to eat and drink, Ferryden and the nearby town of Montrose provide more than enough entertainment. For those wanting to explore on their holiday there are endless activities and places to visit.

Please have a browse of the website to find out more about us, the Roomies and the local area and attractions.

If you have any questions or wish to book your stay please see the contact page for details.

We hope to see you soon
